Shipments from US Warehouse
Orders
- Minimum order size is $200.00
- Payment Terms: Net 30 with approved credit.
- Late payment may be assessed an additional fee. In addition, FFA and other discounts will be lost.
- Substitutions: We may substitute similar product with a new SKU number or with the same UPC code as ordered.
- Backorders will be shipped as product becomes available. Customers may specify “ship complete” or “no backorders”.
- Cancel date: Orders without a cancel date will be shipped as product is available.
- If customer account is past due, open orders will not be shipped.
- Product is not accepted for return without written approval.
Shipping
- FOB: Joliet, IL
- Customer may provide their own Fedex or UPS account number.
Carton Markings
Our cartons are all marked with the following information:
- Neat-Oh! SKU
- SKU First letter “M” designates an assortment carton – mixed SKUs
- SKU First letter “A” typically designates a single SKU carton
- Product Description
- Bar Code
- Carton Dimensions
- Quantity inside carton
- Carton net weight and gross weight
- Product country of manufacture
A copy of our standard packing list, bill of lading and invoice is available for review upon request.
